After working in the health and fitness industry for 9 years and with my Bachelor in Human Kinetics and Certifications in Personal Training, Holistic Nutrition and Life Coaching, I decided to open up my own studio. I was always searching for the best fitness class in Vancouver and I found myself jumping from one studio to the next. I longed to have one place where I could take all my favourite types of fitness classes and have the same quality of instruction as going to a specialized studio.
