Master Yoga Instructor
I started practicing yoga in 2013 while living in Peru in a communal home as an art therapist. Here, I was exposed to an entirely new world and way of being and felt very connected. Practicing yoga forced me to abandon my ego and start practicing radical acceptance of my body, mind, and the world around me. These experiences of connection and community are what power and inspire my teaching.
My classes seek to connect – body and mind as well as student and teacher – to acknowledge and build relationships in these spaces. My style of teaching stresses being authentic and true to where your body is in that moment, and using your strength to feel empowered.
