Mini-Tramp

Seacity introduces the mini-trampoline class to Vancouver! This low impact cardio class alternates between high energy rebounding and strength exercises using the trampoline as your prop. This class is upbeat and energetic, be ready to jump to the beat of the music!

This is our core focused class, however be ready to work your entire body from head to toe.

Boxfit

Our boxing class is the real deal. Here you will be boxing on our 80lb heavy bags, learning proper footwork, technique, timing, and how to apply various combinations.

We mix this with athletic strength and conditioning to give you a complete body workout.

Restorative Rehab

This class combines the best of rehabilitation. Part musculoskeletal release using foam rollers and other props, part physiotherapy based strength to engage your smaller muscle groups and core stabilizers, part stretching using restorative yoga methods to lengthen your tight muscles.

This class will leave you feeling grounded and restored and will prevent injury in higher intensity classes.

This class is a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture and creates long, lean muscles. Pilates is functional, working several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with a focus on strengthening and stabilizing the core.
